How it works
After booking your hot air balloon flight we will contact you the day before you fly to arrange the pickup time from the hotel or anywhere else in Luxor. Pick up time likely to be from 5 am to 6 am
Morning time one of our team will pick you up and you will be transferred by air-conditioned van to the motor boat for crossing the Nile from the east bank to the east bank of Luxor, while we are crossing the Nile we will have tea or coffee drink with a cake and you will be instructed and briefed about the balloon safety.
At that time our pilot will report the Egyptian civil aviation member who in charge about the balloon launching site, and the civil aviation member will make sure that all the required documents are provided and the pilot will be informed about the weather report.
And if everything meet the critieria of flying, the pilot will have the permission to fly.
Inflation:
Live the experience and witness the process and the way how our pilot and the crew unloads,
assembles and inflates the balloon at the take-off site.

We use exclusively made balloon by the Spanish company ultra-magic.
The takeoff is very silky, you won’t even recognize that we have left the ground.

Dressing according to the temperature. Flats shoes, hat, sunglasses and camera is a must
Landing:
Our experienced pilot will look for the best spot to land and its usually empty field or desert that
suite the ground crew and vans.
Beyond horizon balloon Pilots are clever enough to land softly but sometimes its bumpy
If the landing place is suitable, celebration by crew and local will take a place for
the successful landing by singing and dancing.
